Successful candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a wholesale mortgage Account Executive, a proven sales achievement track record, a thorough understanding of lending credit criteria and FHA underwriting Guidelines and have a comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage loan origination process. In addition, all candidates must demonstrate that they have exceptional communication skills, excellent organizational skills, polished personal presentation with specific emphasis on being results driven and goal oriented.
