Portfolio Product FICO Change - Guidelines will change to the following - Minimum FICO changing from 580 to 600. All 600 - 619 FICO's in portfolio program must be AUS approve eligible.All submissions with FICOS under 600 must be received by Aug. 30th to allow time to be scrubbed and submitted.

AFR's COMMITMENT / LENDER FEE  HAS BEEN ELIMINATED - At AFR we recognize today’s challenges in closing loans, and the impact of added fees. To address these challenges, effective August 9th, 2010 – AFR's Commitment / Lender fee has been eliminated on EVERY LOAN!  This fee has been eliminated on every loan effective with locks submitted to take effect this Monday, August 9th.  Subsequently, we have added a loan size adjustment to all programs.  See our RATE SHEETS for details.

NEW LOCK REQUEST FORM - Please make sure you are using the latest Lock Form available under PROCEDURES - Lock Process.

We have made many adjustments to this form and it is important that you use the most up to date form.

By using the current form available, you can fill out the form online and hit SUBMIT (upper right corner) to submit your lock request immediately.

WEBTRAC OFFLINE TODAY AT 5PM EST
