Scenario Desk

Please utilize the Scenario feature in Loan Center.
On the top of your DASHBOARD view, click NEW (the 1st button in the row in the HELLO box) to reveal the SCENARIO section where you can communicate directly with AFR’s Scenario Department.

Subject Line: Financing Type (FHA, USDA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, Jumbo)

Email Body: Client Name, AE, Property Type, Program (if known), Family’s Last Name, Question

FHA Case Number Transfers

For FHA Case Number transfer requests away from AFR on cancelled files, e-mail CaseNumber@afrwholesale.com with the following information:

FHA Case Number

Borrower’s Authorization

New Originator ID

New Sponsor ID (if applicable)

ONE request per email – thank you

If the FHA Case Number is associated with an active AFR file, your request will be forwarded to the Account Manager for review and assistance.
